Two people have been arrested in Weymouth by police this morning.

Weymouth and Portland Police have been patrolling the town centre and seafront this morning, disrupting anti-social behaviour.

During these patrols, a wanted man and a woman who had breached her Community Protection Notice were found. They were both arrested.

A spokesman for Weymouth and Portland Police said the team was also out this morning checking on the welfare of the homeless people in the town.
