MARK Molesley believes Weymouth are enjoying “exciting times” as the Terras look to cement their Vanarama National League South play-off position in the business end of the season.

Molesley led Weymouth to promotion as Southern League champions in his second campaign in charge and strengthened with key personnel Ollie Harfield, Brett Williams and Calum Ward coming into the squad.

Against the odds, the Terras now occupy sixth in the table as they look to secure a minimum placing of seventh and qualify for May's play-offs.

Molesley told Echosport: “It’s exciting times – we’ve got ourselves into that position and have got everything to play for.

“We’re embracing everything. We’re excited by the challenges this league brings and hopefully the fans share the excitement and get out and support us."

Weymouth return to league action at the Bob Lucas Stadium today (3pm), with 15th-placed Dulwich Hamlet the visitors.
